Opening in November 1984 to great acclaim, The Bicycle Hotel & Casino is one of the largest and most exciting card casinos in California and currently has a staff of approximately 1,700 dedicated team members.

Floorperson in the California Asian Games Section provides seating and service to customers: monitors dealers, Assistant Floorpersons, and Servers performance.  Protects the integrity of the games, and maintains a comfortable, friendly environment by performing the duties outlined below. 


  • Must have full knowledge of all monthly casino promotions.
  • Generally responsible for starting games. Authorized to assign service personnel within the section.
  • Greets customer in a friendly manner and solves day to day customer issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Explains seating policy and provides brief instructions to customers as needed. 
  • Coordinates with Rotation Dealer Coordinator to start new games.
  • May contribute to daily reports and control sheets.
  • Monitors games and keeps seats full and fills games as seats become available.
  • As part of his/her duties, will be required to write customer incident reports and team member infraction reports.
  • Responsible for knowing rules of all games.
  • Excellent customer and team member relations required.
  • Must be available to work any shift including weekends, holidays, on call and overtime when needed.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.


High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred. At least one (1) year experience as an Asian Games Dealer. Supervisory experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position will require individual to work in smoking environment.
