Opening in November 1984 to great acclaim, The Bicycle Hotel & Casino is one of the largest and most exciting card casinos in California and currently has a staff of approximately 1,700 dedicated team members.

Qualified candidate for the Concierge position provides five-star quality service for the Hotel & Casino. The Concierge pro-actively anticipates the needs of the customer so solutions can be offered before being requested, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each customer. Informs and maintains customers of upcoming special events, tournaments, and promotions, and more by providing extraordinary customer service. 


  • Responsible for providing a variety of personalized services and information to guests.
  • Acknowledges and greets all visitors and guest with utmost courtesy and urgency whether in person or by phone.
  • Greets and escorts visitors and guest to the correct point of interest and demonstrates all Hotel & Casino venues.Maintain professional and consistent presence at work station.
  • Serves as an Ambassador for The Bicycle Hotel & Casino.
  • Assure prompt and positive action of visitor and guest, complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up; respond to inquiries regarding services of The Bicycle Hotel & Casino.
  • Maintains and informs visitors and guest of special events, tournaments, and promotions.
  • Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization.Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented whole maintaining thorough follow-through.
  • This individual interacts directly with visitors and guest; therefore, a professional, friendly demeanor and great communication skills are essential.
  • Must be available work any shift as needed; on call and overtime when necessary.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by Marketing & Advertising.


While performing the essential duties for this job, the team member is required to walk, stand for long periods of time, talk and hear. Must be able to interact in a sometimes busy or noisy environment with numerous distractions. Requires face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups of guests. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to mobilize through smoking environment and/or work in nearby areas where they are exposed to smoke.


High School diploma or General Equivalency degree (GED). Prior demonstrated experience in a similar position within hospitality or gaming industry of at least 2 years; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

As a Bicycle Hotel & Casino Ambassador and Front Desk person, this individual requires strong communication, organizational, decision making and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in English effectively.  Bilingual in other languages highly desired.
