JOB SUMMARY

Player Development Representative coordinates services between players and the Casino, and facilitates and implements promotions, special events and other events as directed by performing the following duties. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offers ideas for increasing games and revenue and promotes games.
  • Assists in fostering good relations between customers and team members.
  • Responds to player's and team member's requests for services and information.
  • Assists in dissemination of promotional information.
  • Must have full knowledge of all Baccarat games.
  • The individual may m ake recommendation on rules/procedures; however, does not have the authority to make any changes to the existing policy/rules.
  • Enforces Company policies and procedures with special emphasis on safety regulations.
  • Maintains familiarity with The Bicycle Hotel & Casino policies and procedures and other applicable regulations. Performs job duties accordingly.
  • Represents The Bicycle Hotel & Casino well in all contacts.
  • Works as a team member.
  • Maintains cultural sensitivity at all times.
  • Respond to players' and team members' requests for services and information.
  • Must be available to any shift, weekends, holidays, overtime and on call when necessary.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, with occasional exposure to loud noise and this position is located in the Smoking Section of the casino.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by department supervisor/manager.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred; plus strong knowledge of all Baccarat Games and at least 5-years in gaming customer service or otherwise related service field.  Ability to communicate in English; another asian speaking language highly preferred.
